Dear future sr. manager,

I hate my current sr manager because i hardly tolerate with him. He is being pain in the ass and sarcastic all the time.

He is so gila pangkat. But he never help his staff in fact he dumb all his work to his executives. He just came around and monitored his staff but the truth is he didn't have work to go. He's answering his call, he went out early for lunch, he never check his staff's job. All he can do is taking a token of appreciation from others. But not him doing the job. His staff completed the job and know all the process. His exec and his assistant, not him.

Dear future sr.manager,

Make sure u know what's happening in your group of staff. Let them enjoy working with u, not against u. At least do something that to console our heart. Be open to any options not just rigid at one side. Educate us so we can generate understanding and knowledge. Instead of facing a hard time while working hard please motivates us to complete the job. At least we can exhale with full of satisfaction.

if u are not being nice to others at least be nice to one person.

A good manager educates his staff to become the next manager. A bad manager afraid his staff knowing more than him.
